Extraordinary Achievement Alert!
AFL Hyperscale is thrilled to announce that we’ve been part of a GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title-winning event – The Longest Line of Food Cans! Our amazing community in Milton Keynes lined up a staggering 102,447 cans of food around Campbell Park, for MK Food Bank.
This remarkable feat has not only earned MK Food Bank a place in the record books but will also provide more than half of the canned food that MK Food Bank requires for an entire year. This means that thousands of families will be supported through this winter.
The first half of 2023 saw an alarming increase of nearly 40% in demand compared to last year, with twice as many households receiving support. To meet this demand, the Food Bank requires at least 4,500 food items, £530, and 55 volunteer hours every day.
MK Food Bank are immensely grateful to all the supporters, students, organizations, teams, businesses, and individuals who donated their cans and braved the chilly weather to help complete this epic line of food cans at Campbell Park.
