AFL Hyperscale associates in Milton Keynes and Haverhill (UK) raised over £280 for Save The Children with the first-ever AFL Hyperscale Christmas Games!
The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic meant that a traditional Christmas party wasn’t possible, so, in lieu of this, associates organized an afternoon of festive fun including a Christmas quiz, Christmas jumper competition, and much more – all in aid of Save The Children.
The games kicked off with a Christmas quiz, putting our yuletide knowledge to the test with questions on food, traditions, and even an emoji song round! Can you name the Christmas tune below?
Our desk decorating competition was also hotly contested and featured some wonderful entries:
As always, we had some great contenders for our annual Christmas jumper competition across both offices:
Finally, the afternoon ended with us picking the best worst Christmas joke. We had a lot of laughs, a lot of groans, but one joke came out on top:
Q: What is Santa’s favorite pizza?
A: One that’s deep-pan, crisp, and even!
Thanks to the generosity of our colleagues, £281 was raised for Save The Children, helping them give children in the UK and around the world the chance to grow up healthy and happy and change the future for good.
