2020 has certainly been a year for the record books, one that none of us could have foreseen back in January. But despite all of the challenges we faced this year, we learned some worthwhile lessons about ourselves and our customers, and, interestingly enough, I believe our customers learned a lot about us.
Working remotely, we learned how to collaborate better, utilizing new tools and relying on one another to reach a common goal. We revamped our manufacturing processes and work protocols to ensure the safety of our employees and to meet the needs of our customers in new, innovative ways.
At the same time, our customers learned that AFL Hyperscale is a company that will go to great lengths to support them in times of need. Through all of this, we’ve been able to increase our capacity, improve our on-time deliveries, and ultimately help our customers navigate these uncertain times. Since March, I have received a lot of positive feedback from many customers and while we feel good about our accomplishments, we know that we still have room for improvement. We are focused on delivering that incremental value in 2021 and beyond.
