This solution supports multiple configurations, including MPO/LC pre-terminated assemblies and splicing. Cassettes can be loaded and accessed from the front and rear, meaning housings can be stacked on the same frame without limiting access to the above or below, allowing you to maximize available space and maintain the best fiber management. The U-Series can also be used with pre-terminated assemblies to increase overall deployment speed and network efficiency.
With the U-Series, you have the option to either single fiber or mass-fusion splice, utilizing Fujikura SpiderWeb Ribbon® (SWR®) technology. SWR fibers have a unique intermittent bonded design, which means there is an increase in fiber counts, cable constructions are compact and flexible, less space is taken in ducts and raceways, and installations are faster and easier.
